Delivery and shipping policy

• Our shipment service covers Saudi Arabia country only through SMSA Express company.
• Shipment fees 29 SAR for all Saudi Arabia cities.
• Order delivery is within 48 hours

Payment Confirmation:

• In case of credit card payment, you receive order confirmation email with the order details, payment amount & method after successful payment.
• In case of cash on delivery payment, you receive order confirmation email after the order has been delivered to you & payment is confirmed by the admin. 
• Oxygen will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
